Overview
BART allows you to add free-hand notes to a trip, along with canned leg notes. BART also offers the ability to add custom notes for Aircrafts and Airports.

Inserting Leg Notes
Aircraft Notes
Notes added to the aircraft profile will show on the quotes screen as well as the trip schedule screen. Notes are added from the "other" tab on each aircraft profile.

Airport Notes
Adding notes to an airport's profile will generate a popup window when the airport is added to a trip. Notes are added on the "My Data" tab of each airport.

Also displays in Leg Notes by using the special inserts tab. 
Manual Leg Notes
Manual leg notes are added in the Leg Notes section of the trip. These notes are typed in manually and can be printed on the various Trip Reports.
Inserting Leg Notes
These are notes that are able to be added to the leg notes section without having to retype the notes. These notes can be printed on the various trip reports.
1. Click on the magnifying glass next to the note you want to populate. 
2. Each Tab offers a variety of notes from services such as Catering to FBOs, Fuel Providers, Hotel info, etc.
These come from the Airport Profile. 
3. The Special Inserts tab offers notes from the Airports on the trip, Crew, FBO and Pax notes:
