Why did I get an error running my report?
This can happen for a number of reasons including temporary loss of connection.
Solution
A hard refresh of the browser clears the error most of the time.
To hard refresh in Chrome:
- Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard or hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button on the browser
- Mac users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard
