Why do I see Error Code 14?
This means our security program has flagged your session as potential SPAM and has locked your computer's IP address out of the system for 15 minutes. This is a rare occurrence.
Solution:
Restart your computer. This can sometimes trigger a new IP Address to be assigned to your computer allowing you to access the system faster.
-OR-
Close all browsers and wait 15 minutes before trying to log back in.
If you are not able to log in after 15 minutes, or the error happens again, contact support@seagil.com
